It’s not yet Christmas but for bloggers like me, Blogapalooza is indeed the coolest time of the year!
Last Saturday, over 400 Bloggers, Business owners, Non-profit organization, PR and Marketing Executives and even the Media witnessed this one of a kind celebration.
Who said that overflowing gifts, surprises, food, and simply enjoying everyone’s company is only for Christmas?!
Blogapalooza was actually spearheaded by the three geniuses in the world of blogging and online marketing namely, Vince Golangco (who’s also the host of the event) of Wheninmanila.com, Francis Simisim of Techfilipino.com and Anton Diaz of Ourawesomeplanet.com.
Its also a day full of ideas, insights and laughter from different experts like Philip Abadicio of TV5, Radio DJ Karen Bordador, Tim Tayag and three other Comedy Cartel comedians, ToniTony, SlickRick and SamYG of The Boys Night Out and many more.
Different booths offered different products and services and catered to different types of bloggers. Of course, as much as I wanted to focus more on the travel-themed booths, I also wanted to make the most out of the event, so here are some of the booths I visited:

At the end of the day, what made this event more meaningful was it’s campaign to help the victims of the typhoon Yolanda thru the Pink Piggybank Movement. All that was collected which amounted to P82,000 (this isn’t the exact amount, but more or less) during the event was turnedover to World Vision.
It’s almost two months since I’ve started blogging. Just like any journey, the first few steps are shaky. But after this event, I know that I’m in the right path…and soon these steps will be solid and firm. Many thanks to the organizers of this event and to the other bloggers who gave me this realization.
Congratulations and Job well done!
Till the next Blogapalooza! Happy wandering!
